Ohio Valley Veneer (OVV) is a world class timber and milling operation.  Based in Southern Ohio and Northern Kentucky, OVV is a growing operation.  OVV has bucked the trend over the past 5 years and continued to thrive, even when the rest of the industry has either been stagnant or losing ground.  With a growing operation, OVV is bounding into the future with great success and tremendous momentum.

OVV has continued to grow of the past few years.  With milling operations in 4 locations in southern Ohio and a thriving chipping operation in Kentucky, OVV is handling timber from start to finish and avoiding the waste of any part of the tree.  OVV acquired a new mill in Peobles, with state-of-the-art milling equipment and room to expand, this mill will grow to be one of the major production centers for OVV’s operation.

With a desire to be wise in their milling actions, OVV prides itself on a struck ‘no-waste’ policy, when it comes to the timber it cuts.  Every part of the tree is used, wether in milling into lumber or chipping into a product that can be used for many different reasons, there is not a part of the tree that is left untouched.  Unlike many milling operations, this allows OVV to capitalized on all aspects of the timber.

OVV is also much larger than simply a milling operation.  From start to finish, OVV does not allow its timber to be touched by any other corporation.From the cutting and transportation of the timber, to the milling and exporting, OVV has a hand in all actions and stages of the milling operations.
