OHIO VALLEY CHIPPING

Ohio Valley Chipping is currently based out of Kentucky.  Located in Greenup, KY, the chip mill is one of the largest producers of wood chips on the east coast.  Currently, OVC is able to export directly down the Ohio River.  With state of the art dispensing system, OVC is able to fit more chips on a given barge than any other current chip mill.

OVC is a growing rapidly, and is even importing chips and scrap timber from other locations.  With the direct water access, they are able to not only send the chips down river but are able to easily export their product.  OVC is currently producing well over 175,000 tons of chips every year with much more room to grow this mill and expand its capacity.

No Waste, that is what Ohio Valley Veneer is able to accomplish in their business.  By not only timbering and lumbering wood, OVV is able to use parts of the tree that other competitors are not able to capitalize on.  this provides OVV, not only with additional revenue streams, but also complete 100% us of the trees that it timbers.
